sontowski & partner in cooperation with Zechbau will build 47 exclusive neo-classical style apartments on the former site of the Tucher brewery in Fürth by early 2015.
Developer and investor sontowski & partner group (S & P) in cooperation with the construction company Zechbau, Nuremberg branch, will implement the ambitious housing project klassikgärten in Fürth with a total sales volume of almost €26 million. The construction of the project, consisting of four three-story buildings with 47 apartments, is scheduled to start in the end of August.
