Société de la Tour Eiffel pulls off Grenoble leasing coup (FR)

Société de la Tour Eiffel has recently taken delivery from developer Cibex of its ambitious 11.800-m² office development Viseo located in Montbonnot, a decentralized science park north of Grenoble.

The building has a number of striking architectural features (two wings developed in a V shape jointed by a massive atrium) and offers efficient space of the highest international standard.

The company is pleased to report that the building is 55% leased upon delivery to quality tenants Schneider Electric Industries, Eaton, Thales and Tiempo with further negotiations at an encouraging stage to the point that full occupation is confidentially expected for year end.

Viseo represent some 15% of the annual Grenoble market and this success endorses Société de la Tour Eiffel's policy of providing modern, state-of-the-art, facilities in such locations which are often characterized by high inventories of obsolete space. The rental level is 140 €/m² and the leasing agents are Hugues de Villard-CBRE and Atis Real.

The company announced in September the preletting of its 6.000 m² CityZen project in Rueil Malmaison to the west of Paris to Soletanche Bachy (Vinci).
