SNS Property Finance announces four management appointments (NL)

SNS Property Finance (SNSPF) has announced four management appointments, to become effective as of December 2008.

Michiel van Loon will be appointed Director Restructuring & Recovery as of December 1, 2008. Van Loon has been working with SNSPF in Northern Europe for more than eight years. Prior to that he was involved in real estate development.

Jan van Haarlem will succeed Michiel van Loon as SNSPF's Director for Northern Europe as of December 1, 2008. Van Haarlem has also been with SNSPF for more than eight years and is Director Commerce for the Dutch market. His responsibilities include the further growth of SNSPF's international activities. The fact that SNSPF's Dutch business relations are becoming increasingly active in the international real estate market also plays a role in this.

Arjen Harmens and Arthur van Midden will fill in Jan van Haarlem's position as Director Commerce for the Dutch market. Arjen Harmens will be responsible for project financing and Arthur van Midden will focus on investment financing.

These appointments are in line with SNSPF's strategy to further strenghten the company and to share the company's expertise and experience company-wide, thus further improving the service to its clients.
