Slough Estates has been awarded 'Property Company of the Year - Industrial' by the readers of one of the UK's leading property magazines, Estates Gazette.
The second annual Estates Gazettes Awards ceremony took place on Tuesday evening at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London, and was attended by over 1,400 members of the property industry. John Heawood, UK Property Director, accepted the Award on behalf of Slough Estates. The other companies short listed in the award category were Brixton and ProLogis.
Commenting on the Award, John said: "We work hard to be the European leader in Flexible Business Space, meeting needs for industrial facilities in manufacturing, light assembly, distribution, research & development, office and warehousing. I am pleased that our efforts have been recognised by our industry peers."
Slough Estates is also a proud sponsor of the Estates Gazette Awards, and presented the Award for 'Best Overall Property Advisor of the Year' to CB Richard Ellis.
