Slough Estates International expands European team (UK/FR)

As part of their plans for a major expansion of their activities on the continent, Slough Estates International (SEI) have announced the appointments of Charles Pease and James Naftalin to their European team based in Paris. Charles and James will report to Walter Hens, SEI's Managing Director, Continental Europe.

Charles Pease MRICS, joins as European Operations Director. His responsibilities will include developing and managing major customer accounts such as the Antalis pan-European portfolio which SEI recently acquired for Euro 103m. He joins from GE where he was head of operational real estate in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to GE Charles worked for Walt Disney as Leasing and Estates Manager Europe for their retail division. He started his career as a management surveyor for Discus Commercial.

James Naftalin MRICS, joins as European Business Development Manager. He will be responsible for strategic coordination between SEI's European offices and cross-border transactions. He was previously at Cushman & Wakefield Investors, where he was responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions across Europe and prior to that he was part of C&W's Paris valuation team.
