Sale of office building
Slough Estates plc has also announced that it has sold its office building in Avenue Kléber, Paris, to Foncière des Regions, a French quoted property company.
The 3,000 m² building, formerly occupied by Alcatel, was subject to a comprehensive refurbishment programme prior to being sold for approximately 32m. Foncière des Regions has purchased the building for its own occupation.
Walter Hens, Slough Estates' European Managing Director, commented: "We are delighted to announce the sale of the Avenue Kléber office for 32m, which was above the Group's budget expectation. This sale also contributes to a reduction in the Group vacancy figure."
