Sky opens its first physical retail store (GB)

Sky, the owner of Sky News, has opened its first brick-and-mortar retail shop at Grosvenor’s Liverpool ONEThe new 1,800ft² shop on South John Street brings Sky’s leading customer service and innovative pay-TV, mobile and broadband products to the UK high street, under one roof, for the first time. The shops will offer shoppers a chance to try out Sky’s latest products, get assistance from Sky’s in-shop advisors and enjoy interactive experiences at the ‘Access All Areas’ stage.

The opening of Sky follows a series of recent retail commitments at Liverpool ONE, including the unveiling of a debut concept for Kenji, the opening of iconic British toy emporium Hamleys, and a five-year lease renewal for David M Robinson’s luxury jewellery boutique, also on South John Street.
