The Monzanova office building (5,500 m²) was built in 2005.

Fujitsu has been the main tenant of the Monzanova office building (5,500 m²), Pittlerstraße 47 in Langen since 2005; the building is owned by a private Irish investor. The renewal of the lease was an important milestone in realizing a long-term property management strategy being followed by SKIM for the building, which also includes the coordination of all letting activity.

"Precisely because Fujitsu is committed to the Langen location on a long-term basis and feel very much at ease in the building managed by us, were we able to arrive at a mutually acceptable, stable and calculable agreement. The lease extension fulfils the prerequisites for both contractual parties to meet the currently challenging market requirements," explains founding partner and Managing Director Thomas Knedel MRICS.

Managing Director Vincent Screene FRICS adds: "This lease renewal is a classical win-win situation. For the tenant it guarantees a preferred location and for the landlord it ensures a long-term cash flow with an excellent degree of creditworthiness. This lease renewal does not only assure profitability in a difficult market environment, but also leads to a profit-oriented appreciation of value of the real estate. All-in-all, this lease conclusion confirms the sustainable concept of the building".

The modern and efficiently designed office building is located in the southern part of the commercial area Monza-Park in Langen (Hesse) and was built in 2005. At present only one office unit of some 690 m² is available, it can be split into two units providing flexible space of almost the same area.
