Skanska has been contracted to build an office and retail center in the US. The contract amount is approx. €30 million (US$44 mln) which is included in the order bookings for the first quarter.
The project involves a 14-story office building which will include five levels of below grade parking, first floor retail space and a second floor 'great room' common area. The total gross building area is approximately 35,000 m².
Work has begun and is scheduled to be completed in July 2008.
