The value of the Green Towers investment totals €48 million (buildings A and B).

The total leasable area of the second building will amount to 11,600 m² and its completion is scheduled for the turn of 2012 and 2013. The value of the Green Towers investment totals €48 million (buildings A and B).

The first lease agreement for office space in building A was signed with Ernst & Young and was followed by two further lease contracts concluded in September 2011. One of those was signed with Allegro Group, which will take up approximately 1,500 m² of office space in building A of the Green Towers complex. The new tenant is planning to move into the building at the beginning of April 2012.

Like in all the projects developed by Skanska a number of green solutions were applied during the design and construction process of Green Towers and additionally, the office complex was LEED pre-certified with the highest Platinum rating. Commitment to protect the natural environment has proven to be common ground for the developer and the new tenant.

The other contract was signed for the lease of commercial space in both buildings, where canteens are to be opened. The total area of the canteens, which will be run by a local catering company, is approximately 500 m².

"We have decided to launch the second phase due to the great potential of Wroclaw and its image of a dynamic city eager to support new investments. We also see increasing demand for office space in green buildings, both among future tenants and investors," said Waldemar Olbryk, President of Skanska Property Poland.

"Green Towers is an exceptional project, both in terms of its architectural design and location. I am confident that the tenants who have selected Green Towers will be satisfied with the sustainable solutions applied in the project. The green, innovative technologies will not only ensure excellent working environment, but will also result in significant savings for the tenants," added Olbryk.

Green Towers is the second commercial project developed by Skanska Property Poland in Wroclaw. In 2009 Grunwaldzki Center, Skanska's first office building in the city, was completed. The project was highly appreciated by tenants, as can be confirmed by the fact that it received the award for Best Office in Poland as Chosen by Tenants granted by the Eurobuild CEE magazine.
