Skanska Property Poland has finalized the sale of its Green Horizon office complex in Łódź. The scheme has been acquired by the fund managed by Griffin Real Estate. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm,represented the vendor.
Green Horizon is a Class A office complex located at 106 Pomorska Street in the centre of Łódź, near the Solidarności roundabout. It comprises two technically separated 7-storey buildingstotalling around 33,000 m² of leasable space.
Green Horizon, delivered in Q2 2013, is almost entirely leased to companies predominantly from the business services sector. Among its main tenants are Infosys BPO and Southwestern, with Infosys occupying the largest space at over 21,000 m². In addition to Medicover medical center and three bank branches (PKO BP, Getin Bank, BNP Paribas) the building offers an array of amenities such as a canteen, a kindergarten, a kiosk and a restaurant. It has been constructed with the use of advanced technologies, confirmed by LEED Gold Certificate and EU GreenBuilding Certificate. The complex is managed by Cushman & Wakefield.
