Skanska has sold the office property Gångaren 11, at Lindhagensterrassen in Stockholm, to AMF Fastigheter. The selling price amounts to approx. SEK 1.3 billion (approx. 144 million). The transaction will be recorded in the fourth quarter 2011 and the transfer is scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2012.

Gångaren 11 has a leasable area of 30,000 m².
Gångaren 11 has a leasable area of 30,000 m² and is fully leased to the insurance company Skandia. The property was completed 2009 and is built with high environmental standard and is certified as a green building.
