Green Corner is a class-A office complex.

The first of the new tenants will take up approximately 12,000 m² in the building. The other tenant will be Ruch S.A., which in turn is to occupy 2,380 m².

Previously lease contracts for office space in Green Corner were concluded with such companies as Nordea Group, Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services and CHI Polska. The construction on this green office building started in February 2011 and its completion is scheduled for Q4 2012.

"Green Corner is an exceptional project not only due to environment friendly solutions, but also because of its excellent location in the centre of Warsaw. The building fits in perfectly with the new character of Wola, which is becoming an increasingly important district on Warsaw's business map.

"We are pleased that the process of office space lease has been going so smoothly. This is possible thanks to effective cooperation with our new tenants – we always do our best to provide the best working conditions and respond to their needs in a flexible way," Arkadiusz Rudzki, Leasing and Asset Management Director at Skanska Property Poland.

Green Corner is a class-A office complex, designed and developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. This seven-story complex will comprise two buildings with a total leasable area of 27,000 m².

Green Corner has already been LEED certified with the highest Platinum rating due to a number of environment friendly solutions, which also significantly reduce operating costs of the building. Innovative, intelligent technologies will not only minimize the impact of the scheme on the natural environment, but will also translate into benefits in terms of lower bills for water and electricity. This will be ensured by such solutions as photovoltaic panels producing electric energy from solar energy, the use of warm air from offices to heat the garage or modern air-conditioning system based on chilled beams.

Parking spaces for bicycles, as well as changing rooms and showers for cyclists will be also available for Green Corner's users.
