Simon Dunbar has been appointed Director of Building Consultancy department in CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Poland. In his new role, Simon will focus on managing and developing the Building Consultancy department to provide a broad range of high quality of technical services to existing and future clients.
Simon previously worked with CB Richard Ellis between 1999 and 2004 prior to moving to Australia. Simon worked as a Senior Project Manager at DTZ in Sydney, undertaking the project management of significant commercial fit-out schemes with values in excess of PLN 10 million (approx. 2.4 mln.).
Since re-joining CB Richard Ellis Building Consultancy in mid-2007, Simon has been involved in major due diligence instructions on behalf of both vendors and investors for various property types including offices, hotels and industrial buildings in the UK and across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Simon also has extensive experience acting for both landlords and tenants on dilapidation matters.
Simon graduated from the University of the West of England in 1998 and became a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2001.
