Simmons & Simmons Paris recruits real estate team (FR)

Simmons & Simmons has appointed a new real estate team to its Paris office. The team is led by Edouard Vitry, avocat and Chartered Surveyor MRICS, who will be responsible for the real estate practice in Paris. The four member team previously worked at Richards Butler Paris.

Edouard Vitry is a French qualified avocat with fourteen years' experience in real estate. Edouard joined the Paris office of Richards Butler in 2001 to help set up their Paris real estate department.
Edouard has developed a substantial national and international real estate practice acting for investment funds, banks, property companies, developers and insurance companies. He is well known in the French market for his expertise in real estate investment, property finance, construction and commercial leases.

John Sirs, head of Simmons & Simmons' real estate department, says:
