Shell International and Shell Real Estate Services (SRES) have selected Jones Lang LaSalle to serve as their real estate consulting partner across the globe. This follows an extensive global procurement process in which an eRFI was used to review the detailed capabilities of some 38 real estate advisors and management consultants.

The selection process allowed rapid analysis of a large amount of data to determine a short list of potential providers. Mike Napier, Chief Executive of SRES, commented on Shell´s decision. 'We have selected Jones Lang LaSalle because of their proven track record in devising solutions that align corporate real estate with business needs, applying a consulting and advisory focus. Their experience based upon a ´one company, global platform,´ was also a deciding factor.'
