SFL has given the Risanamento Group a binding option on a portfolio of three properties. The amount of the transaction is approximately €179 million, excluding transfer costs.
The properties concerned are:
- Ilot François 1er, Paris 8 (approximately 15,000 sq.m.)
- 7 rue du Cirque, Paris 8 (approximately 1,600 sq.m.)
- 17/19 avenue Montaigne, Paris 8 (approximately 6,000 sq.m.)
Contracts are expected to be exchanged at the end of September 2004. Risanamento has also been given a non-binding option on a fourth property, at 273 rue Saint Honoré, Paris 8, representing some 1,300 sq.m.
