Estatius, a joint venture of the Dutch WPM Group and the British branch companion Donaldsons, has added Portugal to its portfolio. Estatius Portugal is responsible for the management of three shopping centers in Portugal.
Parque Comercial N 14 in Maia is one of the shopping areas that Estatius Portugal is now managing. This retail park has a total surface of over 26,000 m², 15,000 m² of which is indoor. The other two shopping centers are Lago Discount in Vila Nova de Famalicão (200,000 m², 101,000 m² of rentable surface) and Forum Theatrum in Bragança (8,400 m²).
Estatius manages over thirty shopping centers in Europe. Apart from Portugal, the company operates in Slovakia, Latvia, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Belgium, Norway and Sweden.
