Another internationally acknowledged company has moved to BFI office building: Selecta, founded in Switzerland, Europe's largest vending services company, serves over 5 million counsumers through their machines in Europe.
Selecta has chosen BFI for their new office. BFI is located in South Buda, in Fehérvári street, 5 minutes from Móricz Zsigmond square. The modern, 7,400-m² air-conditioned building with its atmospheric atrium provides ideal working environment satisfying demands for smaller and bigger office space, as well.
The crucial factor in the selection was that the building could provide an ideal size office with very short fit-out time and the lessor offered flexible lease conditions. Besides this good parking facilites were also important.
"We are satisfied with the building, everything was ready in time, we get excellent services and the restaurant is also very good," said Alexander Berke, the managing director of Selecta Hungary.
"The occupancy of BFI has increased with the move of Selecta and Signal Insurance Company, who signed in December, and prospectively it will increase at the beginnning of 2009 and we will be close to 80%," said Péter Szalma, senior office consultant of GVA Robertson real estate consultant company, who represented the owner, Guardian Land.
