SEB Asset Management signs leases in Berlin, Mannheim and Cologne (DE)

For the office building at Alarichstrasse 12–17 in Berlin, SEB Asset Management has signed a long-term lease running until the end of 2021 with Jobcenter Berlin Tempelhof-Schönberg. The lease for 1,017 m² of office space begins on 1 September 2014 and includes two three-year extension options. Angermann assisted in arranging the lease. This leasing success means that 94 % of the total space of 14,500 m² is let. The other tenants include the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (the German Federal Employment Agency), which recently extended its lease for a good 2,500 m² of space ahead of schedule until the end of 2018.

In October 2014, Deutsche Post Immobilien GmbH will move into around 2,820 m² of space in the office building at Dudenstrasse 46/57a in Mannheim. The lease runs for five years, with an extension option of up to six years. As a result of this lease and the existing leases with a number of software and IT companies plus the Medizinischer Dienst der Krankenversicherung (MDK), the building is 86 % let.

In the Colonius Carré building in Cologne, communications company 3C Dialog extended its lease ahead of schedule, until 2019. The company employs around 300 people in slightly less than 3,000 m² of office space at this location. Alongside call centre services, 3C Dialog specializes in social media communication. Colonius Carré was acquired by SEB Asset Management in 2007 and comprises four wings that are arranged in a rectangle around a green inner courtyard. Prominently located directly opposite Cologne’s radio tower, the prestigious complex on Subbelrather Strasse can be reached just as easily by car or by public transport.
