SEB Asset Management fully lets Epsilon office building in Ottobrunn, near Munich (DE)

SEB Asset Management has fully let the Epsilon office building in Ottobrunn, near Munich. The lease for 13,000 m² of space with a Japanese electronics group runs for ten years until 2025, with the option to extend it for a further 15 years maximum.
The company, which is one of the world’s leading and largest electronics manufacturers, is consolidating its three existing German locations and will move into its new German headquarters in Robert-Koch-Strasse 100 at the beginning of 2015. Around 500 jobs are to be created at the new location in Ottobrunn. BNP Paribas Real Estate acted as the agents during the negotiations. The other tenants are from the security systems and e-commerce sectors.
The large multi-tenant building measuring approximately 20,000 m² consists of a five-story main building with a spacious, prestigious entrance area and an adjoining building with a production facility and two integrated office floors. Completed in 2002, it has been owned by one of SEB Asset Management’s real estate funds since December 2004.
