SEB AG introduces new close-ended real estate fund

On the premises of Schering AG in Berlin the very first privately funded biotechnology business park of the region will be realized. Already many renowned companies use the site due to its excellent research facilities and infrastructure.

Because Schering AG will be the main tenant (responsible for 55% of rental revenues long term) and facility manager, the business park has great potential. The area (89,000 m2) will add to the existing 58,000 m2 floorspace an additional 97,000 m2 of office and laborotary space. Construction will only start if fully pre-let.

Investors may participate with a minimum of EUR 20,000. Initiator of the 'DSF berlinbiotechpark GmbH & Co. KG' is the Deutsche Structured Finance GmbH, a company which is very successful in introducing close-ended funds. Introduction is exclusively via SEB AG. Signing in closes on December 20, 2002.
