European law firm Schoenherr and Romanian law firm Ciucan & Asociatii have together advised Rompetrol on the development of the prestigious Smart City office complex in Bucharest. The class A office building will be an addition to Bucharest's emerging skyline: it will include a 110.7-meter high tower, which will be Rompetrol's new headquarters.
A group of investors made up of Immorent (part of Erste Group), The Rompetrol Group (TRG) and the Patriciu Family entered a partnership to develop Smart City - an urbane complex estimated at €300 million.
