Schoenherr advises Rompetrol on prestigious Smart City office complex (RO/AT)

European law firm Schoenherr and Romanian law firm Ciucan & Asociatii have together advised Rompetrol on the development of the prestigious Smart City office complex in Bucharest. The class A office building will be an addition to Bucharest's emerging skyline: it will include a 110.7-meter high tower, which will be Rompetrol's new headquarters.

A group of investors made up of Immorent (part of Erste Group), The Rompetrol Group (TRG) and the Patriciu Family entered a partnership to develop Smart City - an urbane complex estimated at €300 million. The project's financing will be assured by Erste Bank. Smart City will be positioned in northern Bucharest near to the city center, and it will cover 150.000 m
