Savills has appointed Malgorzata Fucik as the new Head of Retail department in Poland.

Malgorzata Fucik
Malgorzata has 12 years' real estate experience in the retail property sector and has been involved in the development of 16 shopping malls and retail parks in Poland with a total gross lettable area of 400,000 m². She previously worked for Immochan and also co-operated with TK Development.
For the last two years Malgorzata has worked as Eastern Europe Director for a substantial retail business covering the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets. She completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology as a Certificated Expert in Real Estate Property Branch having originally graduated from Warsaw University with French and Russian Linguistics degree.
Brian Burgess, Head of Savills Poland, says: "Under Malgorzata's guidance the retail section of Savills is already growing and several new instructions will be announced shortly."
