Savills appointed to sell Hermes HQ in Paris for €100 mln (FR)

International real estates advisor Savills has been appointed to sell 13 -15 Rue de la Ville L’Evêque, Paris on behalf of a private investor for in excess of €100 mln.
Located in the heart of the Paris CBD, one of most sought-after office markets in Europe, the building features over 5,848 m² of lettable area. Redeveloped in 2006, the modern building is set out over four lower ground floors with car parking, ground and nine upper floors.
It has been fit out to a very high standard and features a restaurant, large reception, personalised communal areas, suspended ceilings and raised floors. The building is let in its entirety to Hermès International on a recently renewed nine year lease.
