I am sure, that our new clients will be satisfied. Saski Crescent offers everything, a demanding tenant needs: high standard of fit-out, beautiful green environment and a perfect location. This is the reason why on such a demanding market Europolis successfully leased over 40% of its space in less than one year increasing the building occupancy to 60% with 100% occupancy expected in the beginning of 2006."

BSI Management is an example of a tenant who wanted to stay in the City Centre. The Saski Crescent building met both of their requirements and they will be neighbours for several years to come."
In leasing processes Europolis is represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
