Sarofim Realty Advisors acquires Sunrise Marketplace in Las Vegas (US)

Sarofim Realty Advisors has purchased Sunrise Marketplace in Las Vegas, Nevada. The purchase was made on behalf of an institutional client for an ethnic-oriented retail portfolio. Sunrise Marketplace is a 188,107-ft² community center anchored by Smith's Food & Drug, Falles Paredes, Hollywood Video, Washington Mutual, and Jo-Ann's Fabrics & Crafts.

Simon Honeybone and Jeff Chavez handled the acquisition for Sarofim Realty Advisors. Charles Moore and Christina Roush of CB Richard Ellis were responsible for marketing the asset on behalf of Donahue Schriber.
