Sarofim Realty Advisors has announced the acquisition of Cypress Center on behalf of an institutional investor. Cypress Center is a 46,263 ft² community center in Cypress, California.
Cypress Centert is well-located at the intersection of Katella Road and Knott Avenue, two main arterials in the trade area. Major tenants include Dollar Tree, Carl's Jr., Gamestop, General Nutrition Center, and Subway.
Simon Honeybone and Jeff Chavez handled the acquisition on behalf of Sarofim Realty Advisors. Todd Goodman, Kirk Brummer and Preston Fetrow of CBRE were responsible for marketing the asset for Bixby Land.
