Sarofim Realty Advisors has announced that Robert D. Poynor has joined the firm as Vice PresidentDevelopment and Construction. Mr. Poynor will assist the real estate operations group with Sarofim's increasing number of development projects. Prior to joining Sarofim, Bob was a Partner with Champion Partners where he was responsible for the development of office, mixed-use, and industrial projects.
Robert (Bob) Poynor is a graduate of Texas A& M University. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association), and TREC (Texas Real Estate Council).
