The board of directors of Sacyr Vallehermoso (SyV) resolved at its meeting yesterday the payment of the last interim dividend against fiscal year 2004 in the amount of €0.135 gross per share. Payment will be made on April 15, 2005.
With this dividend payment, total gross shareholder remuneration against fiscal year 2004 earnings amounts to €0.362 per share, up 20% on the ordinary dividend distributed against fiscal year 2003.
This proposed dividend distribution will be submitted to the approval of the next General Shareholders Meeting of the Sacyr Vallehermoso group.
