The Board of Directors of Sacyr Vallehermoso (SyV) has approved the appointment of Mutua Madrileña to member of its Board. Carlos Cutillas Cordón will represent Mutua in the Board.
Carlos Cutillas, who has a degree in Laws, is a member of the Board and member of the Executive Commission of Mutua Madrileña. The insurance company has a participation of 5% in the shareholding of Sacyr Vallehermoso.
