Sacyr Vallehermoso SA´s Testa Inmuebles en Renta SA property unit has reached an agreement to sell the total of its shares in the Swiss company Maag Holding Ltd. (206,777 shares representative of 20.25% of its share capital) to Swiss Prime Site (SPS) for the price of 190 CHF (Swiss franc) for each share, that stands for a total of 39,287,630 CHF (approximately € 25.71 million).
