Though Hochtief Polskaâs planned 40-storey skyscraper has only reached two-thirds of its ultimate height, the company is putting the final touches to Rondo 1âs 10-storey sister building, which will see its first retailer, an Albert supermarket (Ahold Group), opening its doors to customers.
Throughout the month other companies will begin operations, including a florist, sushi bar and drycleaners.
As well as space for retailers and service outlets the new building also includes a multi-storey car park, as well as office facilities for Hochtief Polska itself.
