Rokstone unveil office expansion and €440 mln results (UK)

London luxury estate agent Rokstone plans to open three new offices in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and the Hyde Park Estate. The agency whose head office is on Chiltern Street has had a record 2014 Rokstone has now sold over £350 mln (approx. €440 mln) worth of prime London residential property for clients this year, the agency has sold over £140 mln (approx. €176 mln) worth of properties generating revenue of over £1.5 mln (approx. €1.9 mln)
Of the 100 deals done, 60% have been to owner occupiers, the balance to investors 50% of clients are based overseas, the balance in the UK established in 2006. Rokstone consists of a luxury estate agency firm and a sister lifestyle management business Rokstone is led by Managing Director Becky Fatemi, an ex-director of Foxtons.
The firm has a network of over 6,000 clients, applicants and contacts of whom circa 30% are actively looking to purchase property at any one time. Rokstone clients include younger households in their 30s and 40s working in banking/finance; celebrities and people working in the fashion industry. Clients of Rokstone include Shawn Carter (Jay-Z), Sean Combs (whose stage names include Puff Daddy, Diddy and P. Diddy), Rhianna, Tinie Tempah and Naomi Campbell.
The property and lifestyle management businesses are highly complementary. Property clients can be provided with access to artwork, branded clothing/merchandise and bespoke VIP celebrity events The entertainment brand provides its clients with privileged access to some of London’s most outstanding investment and real estate opportunities, with introductions to “off-market” luxury properties and access to highly sought after property investments.
