More than 51% of the outstanding RNA shares are registered for the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders which was announced to be held on 26 February 2002, but has been deferred. The registered shares have been blocked and are therefore precluded from trade until after the planned shareholdersÂ' meeting.
Therefore, with a view to an orderly course of trading, Rodamco North America NV has requested the stock exchanges where the RNA shares are traded, to suspend trading in the shares untill all shares have been deblocked.
