Rodamco Europe (RE) announced to have found a new CFO in the person of Mr John de Die. He is to replace Mr Dorjee who left the company in September 2003. Mr de Die has build up expertise in financial positions at a.o. KLM, Kempen & Co and Geveke.
His appointment as member of the management board will be voted upon at the AGM of 19 April 2004. All in all, the appointment of a new CFO is in line with earlier comments of RE that it would appoint one in Q1 2004.
