Rodamco Europe divests last three Spanish office buildings for €19.5 million (ES)

Rodamco Europe announces it has sold its last three office buildings in Spain for a total amount of €19.5 million. Following these transactions, Rodamco Europe will have divested all its office buildings in Spain, in line with its strategy to focus on top quality retail in dominant locations in its key markets. Rodamco Europe remains a leader in the Spanish retail sector, with 12 shopping centres in its portfolio and one retail project in the pipeline.

The Horizon and Onada office buildings which are located in Barcelona have been sold to Agrupación Mutua for a total amount of €15 million. Horizon, located in San Cugat del Vallés, is a 6,400 square meter building and Onada, located in San Joan Business Park, is 2,900 square meters.

The Numancia office building, located at Calle Alejandro Rodríguez de Madrid, has been sold to Inversiones Malleo for the total amount of €4.5 million. The total floor area is 2,200 square meters.
