Rodamco Europe divests Dutch office buildings for € 62.4 million (NL)

Rodamco Europe N.V. has sold two office buildings from the investment portfolio in Amsterdam and Rotterdam for a total amount of € 62.4 million, approximately 5% higher than the latest book value.

The office buildings are the “Strawinskyhuis” on the Prinses Irenestraat 39 in Amsterdam with a NLA of 8.290 square meters, 5 stories and about 69 parking places, and the office building on the Marten Meesweg 35 in Rotterdam with a NLA of 16.386 square meters, 7 stories and 300 parking places.

The two buildings have been sold to respectively HCI (Hanseatische Immobilienfonds Holland XXIII Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH) situated in Achim, Germany and Hanzevast (Hanzevast Beleggingen V B.V.) situated in Groningen, the Netherlands. The net initial yield for the purchaser is 6% for the Prinses Irenestraat 39 in Amsterdam and 7% for the Marten Meesweg 35 in Rotterdam.
