The management board of Rodamco Asia NV (ââ¬ËRAââ¬â¢) announces that the number of dividend rights entitling shareholders to one new share has been fixed today at 14.
Based on the average of the closing prices of 20 June 2003 and the four preceding business days amounting to EUR13.89, I/14 represents a value of EUR0.99.
Payment of the dividend and distribution of the shares on account of the conversion of dividend rights will take place as of 27 June 2003.
