Rockspring makes two acquisitions in the Paris region (FR)

Rockspring has completed two acquisitions in the Paris region, including 5-7-9 Rue Jacques Bingen, a prime 6200 m² Paris office, in a joint venture with Générale Continentale Investissements, and Paris Oise Logistics Park, a high quality warehouse space totaling 142,313 m².

Rockspring France manages a growing portfolio of assets totaling in excess of €600 million.

Rockspring also announced that it has become AMF regulated in France and been granted approval to become an OPCI manager.

Rockspring Property Investment Managers France SAS now replaces the company’s previous platform in France. The new entity will be chaired by Jo De Clercq, Partner at Rockspring.

Jo De Clercq comments

“We continue to actively invest in France and, as an AMF regulated entity, we are able to do this more efficiently, benefitting from the transparency of OPCI structures. The approval allows us to offer an enhanced investment platform to investors from both France and the rest of the world and demonstrates our growing presence in the market.”
