Rockspring extends Asia Pacific platform with first North East Asian office in Seoul (UK/KP)

Rockspring announces that it has opened an office in Seoul, South Korea, to further support its growing investor base in the region. The new office, which represents Rockspring’s first office in North East Asia, allows the company to provide a more direct and bespoke service to its existing Korean clients, as well as to extend its network of institutional investors in this important region.


The new office is located in Youngdeungpo-ku, Youido-dong 26-4, Kyobo Securities building 10F and will be led by Julianne Cho who joined Rockspring in 2011 as Korea Branch Representative to work with clients in North East Asia.


Rockspring manages over €2 billion invested in European real estate on behalf of blue chip institutional investors from the Asia Pacific region. They also have an office in Sydney run by Kirby Parsonage, Head of Investor Relations – Australia and South East Asia.
