Rockspring and Clearbell acquire The Bower, Stockley Park (UK)

Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP on behalf of its UK Value 2 LP and Clearbell Capital LLP, on behalf of Clearbell Property Partners II LP announce that they have jointly acquired The Bower, Stockley Park, from Aberdeen Property Trust as part of a joint venture.
Full planning permission was granted for the 144,000 ft² (13.378 m²) headquarter office building earlier this year, and construction is set to commence immediately with the practical completion scheduled for Q3 2016. Once completed, The Bower will be the highest specified office building in Stockley Park and one of the largest developments in the Thames Valley office market.
Stockley Park is an established business park with excellent transport links and Grade A office space and amenities located in the highly valued Thames Valley area. It is strategically positioned just 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport and 15 miles from central London. In 2019 the park will benefit further from the opening of two Crossrail stations just 1.5 miles away from the site.
The park is home to the UK headquarters of a number of blue chip corporate companies. The park’s anchor tenants include Apple, BP, Canon, GlaxoSmithKline and Marks & Spencer.
