Rockspring Property Investment Managers has acquired a portfolio of retail properties in Sweden from Redevco, with Vencom Property Partners as the local operating partner. The portfolio consists of six assets situated in Stockholm, Malmö, Lund, Borås and Västaerås, with a total area of approx. 45,000 m².
Vencom is a co-investor in the investment and has acted as the coordinator and lead advisor during the acquisition process. The acquisition is the second investment made within the framework of the cooperation started between Vencom and Rockspring in 2011.
