Rockspring acquires Annan House in Aberdeen for €61.2 mln (£45.1 mln) (UK)

Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP (“Rockspring”) has purchased Annan House in Aberdeen, for €61.2 mln (£45.1 mln) from EnQuest, on behalf of Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust (“Hanover” or the “Fund”).

 

Annan House is a Grade A office headquarters totalling 36,576 m², over 6 floors. The property is fully let on a 20 year lease to EnQuest, the London listed oil and gas development and production company. Facilities include a reception area, gymnasium, training room, a café and 271 car park spaces. The building has a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’. 

 

Located in the heart of the North Dee Business Quarter in Aberdeen, Annan House is adjacent to Union Square, Aberdeen’s newest retail and leisure destination that offers excellent amenities including major retailers, cafés and restaurants. It is close to the city’s main bus and railway stations, as well as road connections to the north and south via the inner ring road.
