Robert Suter appointed as new CEO of Conzzeta (CH)

Conzzeta's Board of Directors has named Robert Suter as the Group's new CEO and successor to Heinrich M. Lanz, who is stepping down.

Robert Suter joins Conzzeta from the ABB Group where he has served in several positions since 1995, most recently as a member of the management team in the business unit transformers, with global responsibility for the Small Power and Traction Transformers product group.

Robert Suter has many years' experience in international technology markets. He started his career as development engineer in the space industry, served as chief executive of some smaller companies and was head of ABB's operations in Korea. Mr Suter, who is 50 years of age, graduated at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, studied at Harvard Business School and holds an Executive MBA of the University of St. Gallen. He will join Conzzeta in spring 2009.
