River Invest and its recently finalized project have won the prizes for "Developer of the Year" and "The best Office Building Development", awarded by Central & Eastern European Construction & Investment Journal (CEE CIJ), one of the most prestigious regional publications in Europe.
CIJ Awards Galas are also organized in other capitals in the region. This year the gala was organized for the first time for the Romanian real estate industry and took place on the 9th of December at JW Marriott Grand Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, gathering over 250 representatives of real estate market from Romania and other countries.
The contest categories were: Best Office Development, Best Residential Development, Best Shopping Center Development, Best Overall Development, Personality of the Year, Developer of the Year and the Best Real Estate Agency.
River Invest, the developer of Sema Parc, one of the most significant real estate projects in Bucharest, has won two awards for the "Developer of the Year" and "Best Office Developement".
With a built area of over 1.380.000 m², Sema Parc is one of the biggest real estate developments in Bucharest, Romania.
