Risanamento S.p.A. has achieved an agreement with IPI S.p.A. to sell a portion of the Falk area, located in Sesto San Giovanni and entirely owned by the Risanamento's subsidiary Immobiliare Cascina Rubina s.r.l., covering a total of 180,000 m² of Net Lettable Area.
The price of this transaction is 200 million, of which 20 million already been paid as a deposit. The agreement foresees the transfer of a part of the area upon adoption of the zoning and master plan.
