Swedbank will take one third of the total leasable area.

Swedbank will occupy two upper floors of the RIALTO building and will take one third of the total leasable area. The unique planning and the large 'base plate' of the standard store enables the bank to use the area efficiently.

The center's developed infrastructure is also ideal for business as available services include a café, bank department, central reception service, spacious waiting hall, guest parking and free shuttle buses to local metro stations.

Andrey Zhamkin, Head of Office Agency Jones Lang LaSalle, Ukraine, noted: "This is an exceptional deal. The owner secured the anchor tenant only one month after registering the property and putting the center into operation.

"Swedbank has made an excellent choice given the high-quality office space in a B+ class building that has both professional management and modern engineering equipment".

Anton Andrianov, Managing Director, ISTIL Real Estate: "During the development of Rialto business center we focused our efforts on creating a community of quality tenants, an environment with state-of-the-art engineering infrastructure, first class comfort and high-quality management provided by a international recognized international company.

"This important deal with an international anchor tenant confirms that we have an investment grade product."

Sergey Holod, Deputy Executive Chief of Swedbank: "We searched for new office space for several months and went through lots of options. Business center Rialto meets all our requirements and necessary standards of working conditions and client service."
