The catchment area of the Rheinpark-Center, which also houses more than 1,600 parking spaces, comprises a population of around 630,000.

Long-term center management is in the hands of ECE. The construction management function for the conversion project was entrusted to SF-Bau Xanten GmbH. The primary owner of the Rheinpark-Center is Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, which acquired 94.9% of the shares in the Rheinpark Center property company, 'Rheinpark-Center Neuss GmbH & Co. With numerous fashion labels and a balanced branch mix, the new Rheinpark-Center is a focal point of attraction that will draw shoppers from both within and beyond the region. The new anchors in the fashion segment include C&A, H&M, Esprit and US cult label Hollister. High-quality architecture – impressive spatial experience
The elegant high-quality design of the new Rheinpark-Center meets the highest architectural standards. The modern glass-and-steel facade is clearly structured by diamond-shaped supports. The interior of the new Rheinpark-Center is equally elegant and friendly with its real trees and a big fountain. Four large light courtyards underline the impressive spaciousness and transparency of the center. The malls on the ground and first floors of the Rheinpark-Center are arranged in the form of a square with light-flooded rotundas at the corners. The designs of the rotundas with their different materials and shapes help visitors to find their bearings and lend each rotunda its very own unique character. Shoppers can move between the various levels with maximum convenience using the escalators and elevators.
