Regus signs more corporate deals

Serviced office operator, Regus, has signed several more corporate outsourcing deals across Europe. The company says that the growing trend in office outsourcing reflects the trend for occupiers to switch to shorter and more flexible terms of occupation.

At Southampton Airport, The Mortgage Lender has signed a £1 million deal for 79 workstations as part of the companyÂ's ongoing expansion plans. Since first moving to the Regus centre the company has grown from 40 to more than 140 workstations and has expanded 3 times in the past 12 months.

In Amsterdam, Starbucks Coffee has signed an 81 workstation deal under a contract worth £120,000, to locate part of its European and Middle East divisional headquarters at the Regus Teleport Tower business centres. The 960 workstation building is one of the largest purpose-built business centres in Europe and is ideally located to the west of Amsterdam on the A10 ring road.

Other notable recent UK deals include Daimler-Chrysler Capital Services taking space at Watford; BP Oil taking space at Milton Keynes and Hutchison 3G moving into the Regus centre at Clarendon Dock in Belfast.
